From alert to action: Context graphs for supply chain AI
Organizational knowledge aids decisions across risk, procurement, demand planning and fulfillment

Consider three operational scenarios, each from a different supply chain function. In the first, a risk platform
flags a port congestion event as high-priority unaware that the affected lanes carry only low-margin stock keeping
units (SKUs) with six weeks of forward coverage already in the network. The alert is accurate. The escalation is
operationally meaningless.
