Managing introverts as a strategy for systemic improvement
Employees who talk loudly are often seen as more capable
or better leaders than their quieter peers. Collaboration
supports interaction rather than contribution. This results in
introverted employees, many of whom are deeply focused
and exceptionally thoughtful problem-solvers, being
routinely underutilized or nonutilized.
