The workforce isn’t what it used to be, and neither are its needs. Today’s workers vary widely in functional ability, body type, age and cultural background. At the same time, industries are under growing pressure from labor shortages, an aging workforce and increasing demands for safer workplaces. With this new reality, inclusive design is no longer a luxury – it is a business necessity.
