How to determine your current business status
Any improvement effort begins with knowing where you stand beforehand

The operational environment of an organization
can be evaluated in general terms to determine
its organizing program – who is responsible
for what, where they work – and other related

such as legal, financial, technological or organizational
constraints; planning issues – who is responsible for
what until when, mandatory duties and under which
constraints planning will be made; and content specified
within planning dimensions or limits.
