Methods improvements in assembly processes

Adding the right fixtures can improve cycle time, quality and ease

As defined in the book “Introduction to Work Study” published by the International Labor Organization, “Method study is the systematic recording and critical examination of ways of doing things in order to make improvements.” It is a low-cost approach to improving processes and overall productivity. This approach was prevalent in the 20th century, which has now been integrated as part of the Lean Six Sigma philosophy.
