How to sustain a winning operational excellence culture
A reflection of three decades of industrial, academia and consulting experiences

based on three decades of global leadership
roles in designing and leading the operational excellence
(OpEx) business transformation at three multi-national
corporations – Caterpillar (CAT), Commercial Vehicle
Group (CVG), and currently Superior Industries (SI) –
along with key consulting roles for several Fortune 500
companies and small- to medium-sized single facility
manufacturing companies worldwide.
