How to sustain a winning operational excellence culture

A reflection of three decades of industrial, academia and consulting experiences

Publications, YouTube videos and LinkedIn posts have covered the creating and sustaining a winning culture, including a Lean or OpEx culture. This article offers my perspective based on three decades of global leadership roles in designing and leading the operational excellence (OpEx) business transformation at three multi-national corporations – Caterpillar (CAT), Commercial Vehicle Group (CVG), and currently Superior Industries (SI) – along with key consulting roles for several Fortune 500 companies and small- to medium-sized single facility manufacturing companies worldwide.
