Creating a feedback loop to improve decision quality in teams

While quickly making decisions can give an organization a competitive edge, the quality of those decisions often determines long-term success. One of the most effective ways to improve decision quality is by creating a feedback loop or a continuous process of collecting, analyzing and applying feedback to refine decisions and strategies over time. This process helps teams learn from past choices and empowers them to make more informed and effective decisions in the future.
