My tipping point for “artificial intelligence” phrase overuse
came when a popular soft drink maker began promoting
a new flavor as “engineered with AI.” Yes, most food
formulations involve code, but often such code does
little more than control the standard ingredient mix
percentages. Unfortunately, buzzwords sell.
