Baggage handling is a physical task in which employees manually handle baggage during several phases, from customer drop-off to loading an aircraft. Conveyors, tuggers and belt loaders transport baggage between locations, such as check-in counter to bag room and bag room to aircraft. Once at a location, employees must manually move baggage on and off the next piece of equipment.
