Lean Six Sigma principles help Georgia facility reach discharge goals

Rehabilitation Hospital Navicent Health (RHNH), located in Macon, Georgia, has been serving patients since September 1988. The facility is the oldest and most experienced medical rehabilitation provider in central Georgia and one of only three specialty free-standing hospitals in the state. The 58-bed facility is accredited by DNV GL (Det Norske Veritas and Germanischer Lloyd) and ISO 9001:2015 certified.
