Please consider joining us with Rami Goldratt (son of Eliyahu Goldratt, creator of the Theory of Constraints, or TOC) from Goldratt Group for a overview of how the Theory of Constraints can be applied in many different types of systems to create flow and in doing so cause measures that matter to rapidly move in the right direction.  This initial session is the foundational component of a mini-series with Goldratt.  IISE has worked to bring this premier Organizational and Operational Excellence organization in as a partner and this mini-series will launch that partnership.
