FUND THE FUTURE: Sponsor a Student

For 75 years, the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers has been dedicated to promoting the professional interests of industrial and systems engineers throughout the U.S. and abroad. As IISE continues to grow its membership, its reach and impact on the profession become stronger. IISE members are making their mark in countless industries worldwide.

The "Sponsor a Student" Membership Initiative is a concerted effort to continue to strengthen the esteemed profession of Industrial and Systems Engineers. This year, as IISE celebrates its 75th year of history and advancement, it aims to grow its student membership by 7,500 students from schools and universities around the globe.

How you can help

Sponsoring a student membership supports the next generation and future of the Institute. Even though the $44 annual student dues may seem modest, for a student on a limited budget paying for college, it can be a significant amount. Members and supporters of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers who sponsor students are investing in the future of the profession.

IISE has set up a Student Membership Challenge Fund for this purpose. Funding will support the membership of 7,500 student members.

NOTE: IISE is a non-profit scientific, educational, or cultural institution qualified under section 501(c)3 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, making your contribution tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
