Building Performance Management Systems: Lessons Learned from a Recent Initiative

The well-known Toyota Production System is the “Performance Management System” most often emulated in one respect or another. We have been involved with many organizational performance improvement initiatives over the past 30+ years, and we’ll share a recent one in this webinar. We’ll cover off a ‘model’ we created that contains the key components of a Performance Management System (Planning, Measurement (to include Balanced Scorecards), Employee Engagement, Governance, and then implementation, deployment and evaluation over time).
