The COVID-19 pandemic has turned the world upside down. People are working in different, and sometimes very creative, ways. What does that mean for the ergonomics professional? This webcast will discuss the various challenges the ergonomics profession is facing and how we as professionals can tap into and effectively utilize our leadership expertise to help industry and workers navigate these waters and beyond.

Bobbie Watts, Ph.D., CPE, has over 23 years of experience in the field of industrial engineering , ergonomics, and human factors. She received her BS in industrial engineering from Clemson University and both her masters and Ph.D. in industrial and systems engineering from Auburn University. Her previous work experience includes roles as the corporate human factors engineer for UPS, consultant for the USPS and American Express, and the corporate ergonomics manager for Coca-Cola Refreshments. She is currently the director of ergonomics for Michelin Americas.
