Presenters: D. Scott Sink, Ph.D., PE, The Ohio State University and Bob Gold, Gold Group

Change Masters are those professionals (ISEs) who envision what’s possible, are adept at crafting strategies to optimize performance, skillful at managing energy (offsetting entropy), and capable of mobilizing people and resources to achieve full potential performance.

ISEs are clearly professionals who are required to be change agents but that requirement doesn’t mean all are as knowledgeable or skillful at change leadership and management as they could or should be.

Bob and Scott offered a webinar in March of 2017 on the Art and Science of Persuasion. This webinar focuses on the ‘art and science’ of positive change.  Specifically we’ll provide developmental tips that ISEs can work on to enhance their migration towards Change Master level skill.

D. Scott Sink, Ph.D., PE, is the head of the Integrated LeanSigma Certification program in ISE at Ohio State. Scott was the vice president of Business Process Improvement for MDS, a Global Life Sciences Company prior to joining OSU ISE. Scott is also the team lead for the IISE Columbus Professional Chapter and a member of the Council on Industrial and Systems Engineering.
