Implementing the Ergo Coach Program

An effective ergo coach program builds a solid infrastructure for your ergonomics program. The ergo coach program is designed to support the ergonomist in managing company-wide ergonomic objectives. The ergo coach provides support in workplace such as: proper body mechanics, comfort surveys, ergonomic risk assessments, tool, equipment and workstation design. A successful ergo coach program will empower the workplace and promote continuous ergonomic improvements. The presentation will illustrate actual successes of the ergo coach program.
