To be truly proactive in ergonomics, considerations should be made at the early conceptual stages of designing future products. In this presentation, we will be highlighting how we used Six Sigma to implement ergonomic considerations in the design process of our products.

Participants will learn about the hurdles we faced as a global Fortune 500 Company with multiple business units producing a wide range of products. We will also highlight how we plan to "grow" this process through improved technology.
