Overview
Learn industry’s most sought-after leadership skills with this advanced action-learning program. Attendees will engage collaboratively with a team of cross-industry executives to learn the most effective leadership concepts and principles, practice their application with a proven Executive Playbook in a simulated business environment, and then apply to real-world challenges supported by world-class executive coaching.
This certification is the ideal leadership skills addition to an MBA and/or Black Belt/Master Black Belt certification. This course will leverage prior learnings in Lean Six Sigma, Management Best Practices, and Value Chain Engineering to advance your personal and team performance.

The program also qualifies for United States Department of Labor Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funding available to individual companies. In many cases, this funding covers the cost of the entire program for an organization.
Course Format
The course is built in a multi-phased learning approach with:
- 16 hours of On-Line Course Study (Staged in 20 Minute Modules),
- 5 Days of Live Simulation with Team, and
- 10 Hours of Executive Coaching conducted over a three-month schedule of events
