Overview:
IISE and MoreSteam are pleased to present this online course.
The purpose of this course is to introduce a collection of tools which can be used to create visual maps of the process - pictures of the system. There are many different mapping formats, each with different perspectives and objectives. Their use may vary from project to project and within any given project, depending on the situation, so understanding each of them allows for more effective communication of process information. This course focuses on critical process questions like:
- Where does the process start?
- Where does it end?
- Who is involved?
- What are the process steps?
- What are the process inputs?
- What methods are used?
What You Will Learn:
