Healthcare Performance Improvement Leadership Forum

It is lonely at the top, but you aren’t alone

This is a targeted networking and learning opportunity for leaders of performance improvement teams in provider organizations to discuss the challenges of their roles in a closed group of colleagues facing the same kinds of issues. This group will come together multiple times throughout the year virtually, in addition to a face-to-face meeting at the HSPI conference. This group is for you if you:

Lead a PI function with at least two direct reports.
Work with a patient-facing organization (hospital/health system, medical practices, outpatient services, etc.).
Are a member of the Society for Health Systems ( join SHS).

Topics may include:

What credentials the participants use for hiring.
How you measure the ROI of your team’s efforts.
The methods that are used at your organization.
Your organizational reporting structure.
Career growth ideas for leaders.
Any other idea that you would want to discuss.
