Healthcare Systems Performance Improvement Leadership Forum

Do you lead a team of performance improvement professionals? Do you need to present your team’s performance to leaders? While your team is managing their projects, do you spend your days trying to explain the difference between Improvement Specialists and Project Managers or between Strategic Deployment and Strategic Planning? It is lonely at the top, but you aren’t alone. For years, HSPI has offered incredible opportunities to connect healthcare performance improvement professionals around the country as they learn from each other about their methods, applications, and outcomes. This year, HSPI will be offering an opportunity for leaders of performance improvement teams to discuss the challenges of their roles in a closed group of colleagues facing the same kinds of issues. This 3 hour “HSPI Leadership Forum” will be limited to performance improvement leaders who have at least two direct reports.

Topics may include:

1. What credentials the participants use for hiring.
2. How you measure the ROI of your team’s efforts.
3. The methods that are used at your organization.
4. Your organizational reporting structure.
5. What vendors you partner with.
6. Career growth ideas for leaders, etc.

Registrants will be asked to attest that they meet or will meet the criteria of participation at the time of the conference.
