About 40 of us from the Healthcare Systems Process Improvement Conference had that pleasure today in San Antonio. Fascinating! (No cameras allowed in the plant though. #HSPI2019 (w/photos)

Healthcare Systems Process Improvement Conference 2019

The history of health systems engineering and IISE

If you've gotten this far, you might like to know the story of how healthcare systems engineering and the Society for Health Systems (SHS) have grown within the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers - and how we made it to 50 years of being involved in a healthcare systems engineering conference. So before you depart the Grand Hyatt San Antonio, here's some light reading for you history buffs.

And thank you for attending. Without you, healthcare systems process improvement will go nowhere. Mark your calendars for Feb. 26-28, 2020, when #HSPI2020 heads to the Hyatt Regency Savannah in Savannah, Georgia.
