Rates are subject to the appropriate state, local, and any occupancy taxes. These taxes are currently 13.5% per room night occupied.

Reservations cancelled within (72) hours of arrival will be charged one night's room and tax, including no-shows.

Why should I stay at the AEC hotel?

Staying "within the block" is not only a convenient way to help you stay connected with activities and networking opportunities during the meeting, it also helps to promote a successful and rewarding experience and keeps your meeting costs as low as possible. IISE recognizes that you have a number of options when securing hotel accommodations and a major commitment has been made to secure a large block of quality hotel rooms at a competitive rate.

Please be aware that only the hotel listed on this page will be the contracted AEC 2025 conference housing provider. The custom AEC housing link to book your room at our discounted rate will be provided above. The host hotel will not contact you directly to make a reservation.

By booking through the link on the AEC 2025 conference site, you will be working directly with the host hotel and you will benefit from all services provided to AEC attendees through our contract.

Companies other than the contracted hotel may contact you (often by phone) claiming they are affiliated with AEC/IISE offering hotel rooms at reduced rates. These companies are not affiliated in any way with AES or IISE and we strongly recommend that you do not use their services.

If you are contacted by anyone asking if you need a room reservation for AEC or if they represent themselves as an AEC/IISE housing provider, please obtain as much information as you can and email that information to cs@iise.org.
