Integration of Technology and People — a People Centric Approach to Industry 4.0

UTK workshop presenters

This workshop will help participants to explore the rationale and methodology behind the integration of technology (Industry 4.0) with human elements (The Sawhney Model for Industry 5.0), aiming to bridge any existing gaps through the implementation of people-centric systems (Optimized People Development System), followed by the application of these systems. We have outlined a progression that begins with understanding the purpose, approach, and technological foundations of Industry 4.0, continues by examining the application of technology in practical scenarios within the same context, and then progresses to Industry 5.0, where the emphasis shifts towards incorporating human-centric systems as per The Sawhney Model, culminating in the application of these integrated systems.
