Call for Student Volunteers — OPENINGS ARE LIMITED

#IISEAnnual2026 is looking for student volunteers to help IISE and conference staff create an exceptional conference experience!

Discounted registration is available to students who commit to two (2) separate three-hour shifts or one (1) complete six-hour shift during the conference (May 16–19).

Additional discounted registration is available for students that commit to assist with bag stuffing from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, May 15.

Student volunteer positions

• Orientation and Conference Bag Prep
  • Review job functions
  • Introduction of IISE staff
  • Prepare conference bags for event attendees ahead of conference start
• Registration Desk
  • Register attendees for conference
  • Distribute conference bags and badges
  • Assist IISE staff in any related tasks
• Room Host
  • Changes conference or session signage
  • Assists session moderator
