CALL FOR STUDENT VOLUNTEERS — OPENINGS ARE LIMITED

#HSPI2025 is looking for student volunteers to help the Society for Health Systems and conference staff create an exceptional conference experience!

Discounted registration is available to students who commit to two (2) separate two-hour shifts or one (1) complete four-hour shift during the conference (Feb 19-21).

Student volunteer positions include:

Registration Desk

• Distribute conference bags, badges, registration materials.
• Answer general information questions by attendees at the conference registration desk.

Room Host

• Changes conference or session signage.
• Assists session moderator.

Conference Bag Stuffing

• Insert program materials in attendee conference bags.

You do not need to be a student member of the Society for Health Systems to apply.
