IISE Leadership

L to R: IISE (2023-24) President-Elect Victoria Jordan, IISE President Eileen Van Aken and IISE Past President Amanda Mewborn

IISE Leaders Exemplify Diversity

When Don Greene, chief executive officer of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers, announced election results in February 2023 for the association’s new officers, he noted that for the first time in the Institute’s 75-year history, women held all three executive officer positions. That year, Victoria Jordan served as president-elect, Eileen Van Aken, president, and Amanda Mewborn, immediate past president.

“This is a momentous occasion that underscores the advancements women have made within the Institute and the industrial and systems engineering profession,” said Greene.
