A limited number of rooms are available at the conference rate of $195 for a single or double plus applicable state and local taxes (16.9%) plus an additional $5 per night flat State Hotel-Motel fee. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. The hotel will not hold any reservations unless they are secured by one of the above methods. Reservations may be made through the Hotel's Reservation Department by calling (888) 421-1442 and referring to Engineering Lean & Six Sigma Conference. Reservations for rooms accessible to guests with disabilities may be made in the same manner. Reservations must be made on or before the Cut-Off Date specified below.

The cutoff date to book reservations is Monday, Sept. 21, 2020, or when the room block is full. Quoted sleeping room rates will be offered, based on availability, three days before and three days after the conference dates.

Reservations cancelled within (72) hours of arrival will be charged one night’s room & tax, including no-shows. Guest departing late may incur an additional night rate and tax. Guests need to check with the Front Desk on available for late checkout.

Hotel Parking: The Hyatt has extended a discounted parking to ELSS attendees. Discounted overnight self-parking is $20/night plus tax per day.

Atlanta is one of the most accessible cities in the world and home to the world’s busiest airport. With more than 80 percent of the U.S. population within a two-hour flight, enhanced with the Maynard B. Jackson, Jr. International Terminal and three interstates covering the heart of the city. Atlanta Weather in October: It is the month with the least amount of rainfall averaging 3" (76.2mm). While conditions are warm and dry, October sees a sharp slide in temperature. Temperatures averages 75.2°F (24°C) high, while lows settle at an ordinary 57.2°F (14°C).

International Travelers

A United States visitor (B-1) visa allows a foreign citizen to travel to a port of entry and request admission into the United States from a U.S. immigration inspector. Begin your visa application process as early as possible as it could take several months to process.

U.S. Citizens - Air Travel
All U.S. citizens including children must present a passport or other approved travel document when entering the United States by air. U.S. citizens can present a passport, NEXUS card at airports with NEXUS kiosks, U.S. military ID with travel orders, or a U.S. Merchant Mariner Document when on official business.

U.S. Citizens - Land/Sea Travel
U.S. citizens entering the United States at sea or land ports of entry are required to have documents that comply with the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI), most commonly a U.S. passport, a passport card, a trusted traveler card such as NEXUS, SENTRI or FAST, or an enhanced driver's license. All international visitors regardless of country of origin must present a passport or secure document when entering the United States by air.
