The breadth of industrial and systems engineering
is likely the greatest of all engineering
disciplines, encompassing people, process
and technology and the integration
between them. However, underlying people,
process and technology is organizational
culture, an area on which less focus
is placed within engineering education, yet
is fundamental to both an organization’s
and individual’s success.
