If quality is something every company could do better, reliability is what we do but are never sure how well we did it. Reliability gives us happy customers and often safer products, but the conundrum is the same: How do you test the possible failures your product faces? How do you accelerate product life without creating new failure modes or missing late-in-life failures? How do you do all of this in a realistic, cost-effective way?
