Getting wowed too easily

As I process through my first year as a judge for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, my mind goes back to my Boy Scout weekend camporee contests. Each camporee meant a chance at winning a coveted blue ribbon for our troop flag. All we needed to do was win some skill contests and get the judges to give us an "exceeds" rating when they inspected our campsite.
