NET LOAD CAPACITY. The additional weight or mass of; material that can be handled by a machine or process without failure over and above that required for; container, pallet, or other device that necessarily accompanies the material.
NOISE. (1) A spurious, unwanted, or disturbing signal. (2) A signal having energy over a wide range of frequencies.
NUMERICAL CONTROL (NC). A technique that provides prerecorded information in a symbolic form representing the complete instructions for the operation of a machine.
