Call for Student Volunteers — OPENINGS ARE LIMITED

#AppliedErgo2026 is looking for student volunteers to help the Applied Ergonomics Society and conference staff create an exceptional conference experience!

Discounted registration is available to students who commit to two (2) separate two-hour shifts or one (1) complete four-hour shift during the conference (March 9-12).

FREE registration is available for students that commit to assist with bag stuffing from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Sunday, March 8.

Student volunteer positions

  • Registration Desk
    • Distribute conference bags, badges, registration materials
    • Answer general information questions by attendees at the conference registration desk
  • Room Host
    • Changes conference or session signage
    • Assists session moderator
  • Conference Bag Stuffing — FULL: NO MORE SPOTS AVAILABLE
    • Insert program materials in attendee conference bags

You do not need to be a student member of the Applied Ergonomics Society to apply.
