Joyce T. Siegele has been promoted to director of productivity management at Northside Hospital in Atlanta. She was promoted from the role of productivity improvement manager. She has been at Northside for more than 16 years. Her role has expanded beyond the operations and staffing of the three hospitals within the Northside Hospital System to include all of the outpatient locations and physician practices.
Joyce holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering and a master’s degree in industrial and systems engineering with a specialization in engineering management from the University of Florida. She is on the board of directors with the Society of Health Systems, a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, and a senior member in the Institute for Industrial Engineers.
