This is an all suite hotel featuring a private bedroom, separate living area with a sofa bed, microwave, refrigerator, two flat-screen televisions and in-room safe. Reservations

Embassy Suites Hotel Room

A limited number of rooms are available at the conference rate of $129 for a single or double plus applicable state and local taxes.  A dedicated website is now available for attendees to book their hotel rooms online. Reservations can be made by using this Booking Website: https://aws.passkey.com/e/16352413 ; enter your guest type as attendee. You can also contact the Embassy Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista South at 407-597-4000 and ask for reservations. Use the group code (IIE).

The cutoff date to book reservations is Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2017, or when the room block is full. Quoted sleeping room rates will be offered, based on availability, three days before and three days after the conference dates.

Reservations cancelled within (72) hours of arrival will be charged one night’s suite & tax, including no-shows.Guest departing prior to their reserved check-out date will be assessed an early check-out fee of $75 + tax. Guests wishing to avoid an early check-out fee should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

Parking: The Embassy Suites has extended a discounted on-site self parking at $5 + tax per 24 hours with in/out privileges. Valet parking is available at a higher rate.

Check-in time: 3 p.m. EST
Check-out time: 12 pm EST A late departure fee of $50 per suite will apply.

International Travelers:

A United States visitors (B-1) visa allows a foreign citizen to travel to a port of entry and request admission into the United States from a U.S. immigration inspector. Begin your visa application process as early as possible as it could take several months to process.
