Registration and Fees*
Thank you for your interest in attending IISE's Engineering Lean & Six Sigma Conference. To take best advantage of the opportunities for networking and peer learning presented by this conference, the tracks include LSS Applications and Training and LSS Research and Education (with a non-exclusive emphasis on practices in segments new to Lean Six Sigma), academic topics (in both research and education), and a special call for joint academic/industry topics, including needs for new graduates, industry participation in learning in academia, and professional education and training from experts and colleagues around the country.
Who Should Attend
The conference fee includes admission to educational and panel sessions, keynote presentations, lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, admission to exhibit and poster session areas, networking, and morning and afternoon breaks as listed in the program.

**Students who are non-members must submit a copy of their school schedule or a letter from their institution with their completed conference registration form. A copy of a student ID will not be accepted as proof of status.
Conference fees are due in full at registration in U.S. currency. Checks and money orders must be drawn on U.S. banks. We also accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Registrations are not considered complete until payment is received.
Upon request, IISE will award continuing education units (CEUs) to participants who attend the educational conference and complete the CEU request form. The Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers has been reviewed and approved as a certified provider of continuing education programs by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training. The pre-conference workshop is worth .4 CEUs. Full conference attendance is worth 1.4 CEUs.
Professional Development Hours (14 PDHs) are also available.
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the Engineering Lean & Six Sigma Conference 2017 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to IISE's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.
