All organizations are facing new challenges brought on by the 2008 meltdown and slow recovery as they crawl out of the economic rubble. The rate of change is exploding and overwhelming. Instability, chaos, turmoil and uncertainty have brought with it new opportunities for those that approach it the right way. The best response is rapid and large-scale improvement via a different kind of leadership, a rediscovered process of implementation and totally engaged organizations.
