Click here to make your reservations.

A limited number of rooms are available at the conference rate of $179 single/double plus applicable state and local taxes.

The cutoff date to book reservations is March 19, 2018, or when the room block is full.

A 1-night deposit is required at the time of booking. Any cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will forfeit the deposit.

Sham housing companies (such as Corporate Booking Services)  are approaching potential AEC attendees and exhibitors with fraudulent offerings of hotel rooms at significant discounts.  Lured by highly attractive rates, exhibitors and attendees fall prey to these imposters losing significant deposits, discovering hidden costs, up front charges or being bait and switched to hotel rooms they never booked.

Of course, these companies are in no way affiliated with AEC, or the official conference hotel in Atlanta.  If you are contacted by anyone asking if you need a room reservation for AEC, or if they represent themselves as the “AEC housing provider,” please get as much information as you can, then contact Bill Gibbs at

In Atlanta, fine dining, shopping and rich history combine with inspiration-inducing attractions to create a city with Southern charm and world-class sophistication. It’s easy to see why Atlanta, Georgia is one of the most popular destinations in the Southeast to live and to visit.
