Payment Information

A 50 percent deposit fee is due with your contract application if received before Sept. 12, 2016. After Sept. 12, 2016, full payment is due with all signed contracts. Your booth is not guaranteed until payment has been received and processed.

Please note - we are not able to allow any visitors, attendees or exhibit staff under 17 years of age on the show floor.

Cancellation Policy

The exhibitor is required to give written notice of cancellation or withdrawal from the exposition, email is not acceptable. Such notice will be considered official on the date of receipt by IISE.

Full refund will be given to exhibitors if written notice of cancellation is received by IISE prior to August 12, 2016. Written notice of cancellation received by IISE between Aug. 12 - Nov. 14, 2016, will result in a 50 percent (50%) refund of fee. No refund will be given for cancellations received Nov. 15, 2016, or after.
