Excellence Awards for Chapters

recognize that the success of the Institute of Industrial Engineers is unalterably tied to the success of individual chapters. These units are the Institute’s foundation and these awards recognize outstanding performance. There are three awards made in accordance with this program: the Frank F. Groseclose Gold Award, the Silver Award, and the Bronze Award.

This is a continuous improvement program designed to provide structure and guidance for all levels of Institute leadership to facilitate the delivery of the Institute’s services, mission, and initiatives.

All healthy chapters, determined by submission of the Chapters' Annual Chapter Activity Report.

An established set of measurements as defined by the Chapter Activity Report ensures that the chapter that does the most in service to its members will reap the most in pride of accomplishment. The details of these awards are included in the Chapter Activity Report Manual.
