Hotel Reservations

It has come to our attention that some convention and expo housing agencies are actively contacting exhibitors and soliciting hotel reservations for the 2019 Applied Ergonomics Conference. 

The official conference hotel with guaranteed rates are listed on this web site. If you provide your credit card information to any unauthorized agencies/websites, your card may be charged but you may not have a reservation.

Please be advised that IISE is not providing these companies with any of your information and they are not affiliated with IISE in any way. The official conference hotels with reservation information will be posted on this page.

Payment Information

A 50% deposit fee is required on all contracts received before Sept. 6, 2018. FULL PAYMENT is due with all contracts after Sept. 6, 2018. Your booth is not guaranteed until payment has been processed.

Cancellation Policy

The exhibitor is required to give written notice of cancellation or withdrawal from the exposition, email is not acceptable. Such notice will be considered official on the date of receipt by IISE.

  • The company shall give written notice of cancellation or booth reduction, email is not acceptable. Such notice will be considered official on the date of receipt by IISE.
  • Notice of cancellation or booth reduction received in writing by IISE prior to Sept. 6, 2018, will result in no penalty cost to exhibitor.
  • Notice of cancellation or booth reduction received in writing by IISE between Sept. 6 – Nov. 1, 2018, will result in a 50% refund of fee.
  • Notice of cancellation or booth reduction received Nov. 2, 2018, or after will receive no refund.
